If you’ve been living under a rock, brushing off all the rumours and ignoring all the leaks then this is going to be a shocker, for the rest of us, Steam Summer Sale is here. It will go on for nearly two weeks till 4th of July and will end with…just end. Identically to the previous event, all the discounts are final so you don’t need to be worried that you will miss a killer deal. There are no more in-store games, activities or ARG either, at least not that anyone has found and the only way to get cards is to browse your recommended games queue and buy stuff.

The servers are starting to catch a break just now with only an occasional time out but this isn’t unexpected. After all there was no Steam Sale yet where the storefront didn’t crash with the start of the event. The sale itself however…well it’s hard for me to say, I own most of the offerings anyway.
