Square Enix and Eidos Montreal are happy to announce the return of everyone’s favorite elite cyber-security specialist and socially awkward pragmatist, Frank Pritchard. The soon to be released System Rift Story DLC, one of two that’s been announced for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, will be releasing later this month to all Season Pass holders. Our lovable stone-faced, mechanically augmented trouble maker, Adam Jensen, is reunited with his former Sarif Industries colleague and friend, Frank Prichard, once again.

The two chummy buddies put their talents to the task in hunting down any information they can scrape together on the mysterious Santeau Group. The European development and construction company behind the massive exclusionary walls that surround select cities around the globe, and responsible for the augment-only, Golem City, near Prague. Pritchard will be targeting the most secure data bank ever created, the Palisade Blade, pitting his talents against the most secure and heavily guarded data storage firm in the world to look for any information which could help Adam along his journey to uncover hints as to who the sinister illuminati really are, and how they all factor in together with the shadowy Santeau Group.

I for one can’t wait for Prichard’s glorious return to the series, at the very least he’ll add a bit of levity with his famously dry-wit and tactful approach to conversation. Unfortunately we’ll have to wait to see this bromance flourish when System Rift comes knocking at the door come September 23rd.
