A new Tomb Raider game is in the works…and that’s all we know. It will be coming at some point, it will have a name, and there’s something “major” coming…at some point in 2018. Yeah, thanks for that, that really helps. Anyhoo, the new Tomb Raider hasn’t quite hit its stride yet, but Rise of the Tomb Raider definitely started to show signs of finding its own identity as it went along, so I’d say it’s worth starting to actually get excited about the franchise again. The Tomb Raider from our teens is no more, but Lara will live on.
