G-DEVS and CreativeForge Games have announced Orc Warchief: Strategy City Builder, a game whose press release tells us nothing but the Steam page tells us the game takes place in a post-war world where orcs were defeated by humans and, as a young warchief, you must rebuild your horde and wage a fresh war.
