Recompile – Hack the Planet Trailer
Phigames have released a new trailer for their upcoming metroidvania Recompile. In addition, the game and developers will be at EGX London between 17-20 October. Recompile is releasing on PC in 2020.
Recompile – Announcement
Phigames and Dear Villagers have revealed Recompile, a 3D metroidvania style adventure in a sci-fi world called The Mainframe which is reminiscent of a dark and gritty Tron. Check out the trailer above and press release below, but don't hold your digital breath because the game's not due out until 2020.
ScourgeBringer – Reveal
Flying Oak Games, developers of the excellent NeuroVoider, and publishers Dear Villagers have revealed their new game: ScourgeBringer. Expect typical rogue-lite mechanics like randomised level designs and no backtracking but also a soundtrack by Joonas Turner (Nuclear Throne, Broforce). There's no release date announced yet, full details in the press release below.
