The Pitter Pattering of Paws
Might and Delight, developers of Badger and Lynx simulators Shelter 1 and 2 respectively, has today uploaded a release trailer for Paws: A Shelter 2 Game. Paws is a standalone adventure platformer that puts you in the paws of one Mummy Lynx’s cubs from the main game. The Shelter series has always been primarily about survival of one’s self and one’s family in the face of adversity. Paws is no different, only coming at the subject from a different angle. Much of the game play of Paws looks very similar to that of the main games, though now with the addition of a ‘track sensing ability.’
Paws is available for PC and Mac from the 24th of March. The Pitter Patter expanded edition comes bundled with the original soundtrack by frequent Might and Delight collaborators Retro Family and also includes the developer’s first major outing in the world of interactive books, The Lonesome Fog. Paws is a story about friendship and the strength to overcome overwhelming odds and will feature a track sensing ability which is new to the Shelter world.
Paws is set for release on PC and MAC on March 24th 2016. The expanded edition of the game, dubbed the Pitter Patter Edition will come bundled with an original soundtrack, which has been once again created by the award winning Retro Family and will also include The Lonesome Fog – Our first major foray into the interactive books segment.
