XCOM2: Posters, Posters everywhere

Firaxis has decided that everyone needs to play dress-up in XCOM 2 now with a release of the demo of the new Propaganda Centre.

Now available on Steam you can import your own soldiers or use some of the pre-selected ones and put them into your own posters to share or even see up in XCOM 2 (not sure if the demo will tie into the game, but hey, it’s still great fun.)

To understand more what you are going to get, head on over to the official dev post and Firaxis wants to see some of the posters you come up with, there’s probably already a subreddit thread for your posters, as I can see the subreddit blow up.

However, speaking of propaganda, I am reminded of an Aldous Huxley quote that oddly fits XCOM “The propagandist’s purpose is to make one set of humans to forget that certain other sets of people are human.”

So, get on out and do up your pro-XCOM posters, or even your ADVENT capture tokens, and gives us something to do until War of the Chosen releases on the 29th.

Official Press Release

2K and Firaxis Games today launched the XCOM 2: War of the Chosen Propaganda Center, enabling fans to create war-and-meme-worthy posters ahead of the release of XCOM 2: War of the Chosen on Aug. 29.

Now available for free on Steam http://store.steampowered.com/app/433050, the XCOM 2: War of the Chosen Propaganda Center contains the Photobooth included in XCOM 2: War of the Chosen, allowing fans to create propaganda posters using a variety of backgrounds, filters and soldier poses. The Propaganda center also includes the character creator, letting fans design characters and posters independent of purchasing XCOM 2: War of the Chosen.
