It was only a few days ago when 2K games and Hangar 13 gave us the newest trailer from their Inside Look featurette, as well as a massive list of all the classic tunes we’ll be jamming to as we cruise around New Bordeaux. This week the fine folks behind Mafia III are giving us our sixth, and final, installment from their Key Character series. With the introduction of Father James and John Donovan, The Mentors. this final trailer in the series highlights the importance of each man in the life of Mafia III’s protagonist, Lincoln Clay.

The divine, spiritual and supporting adoptive father figure, James Ballard, along with Clay’s fellow Vietnam veteran and trusted source in the CIA, John Donovan. Both will guide Lincoln through the many trials and tribulations on his vengeful journey to bring down the powerful Italian Mafia. How will all of these important people he meets, along the path of carnage and mayhem, factor into Clay’s life? Who’s going to stick with him to the bitter end or betray him along the way? What kind of place will New Bordeaux be once Lincoln Clay removes those in power and sits himself on the throne? Will there be anyone left in the aftermath of Clay’s rise to the top to pick up the pieces from the destruction left in his wake? Unfortunately we don’t have the answers to these and many more questions we’re all left with, until the inevitable release of Mafia III this October.
