Coming February 9th to the 12th, For Honor will enter its final Beta before the game launches on the 14th. Open to one and all, it features the same nine heroes (sadly still no Valkyrie) from last week’s closed Beta. But also adds in an extra game mode that I am especially keen on. Joining the three standard match types is a 4v4 mass brawl called Elimination.

Think of it like a cross between 4v4 Dominion, but without the minion units and more akin to the 2v2 Brawl. It features larger arenas, to accommodate the greater number of players, but functions effectively the same as the later, where the team with players still standing is victorious. Expect a lot of your opponents to immediately turn, run, meet up with their squad mates and set about trying to gank you one at a time. But if you have your gear set up right…I’ve managed to pull off a victory when it’s 3 on 1, so who knows.

Those who have not yet tried For Honor, you really owe it to yourself to jump in this time. All you stand to lose is a massive chunk of your time and a notable stack of bank as you throw your money at the full game. Just keep your eye out for the Nobushi with the pink horse on her back. I don’t go down without a fight.
