Big day for grand strategy game expansions. Game director Jake Leiper hosts the above video taking a look through the features that’ll be present in the upcoming expansion. As the title would suggest the expansion is focusing on the cradle of civilization, the Middle-East and Africa. You can expect a whole load of new nations to have popped up in that region of the world and they’ll each have revamped religion with seven schools of Islam. Governments will also have unique interactions. The Ottomans will have a new unit; Janissaries. There’s far more too, check out the video above for the rest of the info.

Expansion to Europa Universalis IV Sets Release Date

STOCKHOLM – 24 October 2017 – Paradox Development Studio announces that Cradle of Civilization, the newest expansion to its flagship grand strategy game Europa Universalis IV, will be available to all wannabe conquerors on November 16, 2017.
