DOOM Got Hell Followed

Bethesda and id released the second payed multiplayer DLC for DOOM – Hell Followed. The latest pack lets you fight in space, gorge or a cave; gives a demonic Hivehand; adds an ability to wall-hack; gives a chance to play as a floating meatball; and includes some vanity items.

If you think that all this sounds exactly what you were missing from the games’ multiplayer mode, then Bethesda have even more good news. Starting this Friday, October 28th, DOOM will have a Double XP weekend up until Monday, Oct 31st, evening.

The new DLC will set you back £11.99/$14.99 or is a part of the Season Pass if you got one. For more (serious) details check out the press release below and the trailer above.

Also, starting on October 28th is a Double XP weekend for DOOM’s multiplayer content, running from 5:00pm BST and ending at 4:00pm GMT on October 31st.

Priced at £11.99, Hell Followed will include the following for DOOM’s multiplayer:

  • Three new multiplayer maps: Argent Breach, Molten, and Orbital
  • A new player-controlled demon: Cacodemon
  • A new weapon: Reaper
  • New equipment: Threat Pulse
  • New ways to customize your DOOM Marine, including additional armour sets, patterns, colours, and taunts
  • New hack modules
