In battle, the speed and grace of the Eldar are unparalleled. To become distracted by this beguiling race is to court death, as it takes but a moment for their Wraithbone blades to pierce your heart. This Ancient and deadly race have been on the decline since before the empire of man was born. Once, their worlds were spread across the Milky Way. Now, they are on the brink of extinction, and it is only through the efforts of their Farseers and warriors, that they can avoid tragedy, and stop from blinking out of existence altogether.

Dawn of War III once more encounters the Eldar in their struggle for survival. SEGA have released some more details of the warriors and machines that this army will field, in the upcoming RTS. But will your leadership bring them victory or doom?

As you might have guessed I’m quite enamoured by the Eldar, and usually take to the battlefield with their armies in other Warhammer 40K games. But whether you’re a fan of the pointy ears or not, you have to give them credit for style. And from them looks of the animations and models just revealed, you may want to give some of that credit to the artists at Relic too.
