Colossal Order has dragged in the full assessment of stuff you need to help reduce the amount of cars on the road; Monorails, Ferries, Cable-Cars and Blimps (I still say they should use Zeppelins instead of Blimps due to safety concerns), as well as improvements to Buses and Light Rails as well.
