The Sinking City – Release Date Changed

Originally scheduled for 21 March 2019, The Sinking City has been delayed with a very simple statement, “Too many games came out now so we prefer to get out the way. It's now June 27th, 2019.” Well that was easy. If you want some more information you can watch the brief developer video above.

The Sinking City – Detective Gameplay Trailer

The Sinking City promises “zero handholding” in the game, leaving the player to work out quests and investigate on their own. Players will also get to use the excellent mind palace mechanic (from the developer's Sherlock Holmes series of games) for piecing together clues with no right or wrong answers.

Frogwares Lovecraft inspired survival horror game, The Sinking City has a new cinematic trailer, embedded above, that features lots of spooky goings on and seems to have a thing for tentacles. Expect the game out 21 March 2019 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

E3: PC Gaming Show 2018

For a conference that showed very little last year, this year was a comparative blowout. While most of the games shown off weren’t the large franchise-starters that Microsoft or Sony showed off earlier, they had more games with more actual gameplay content shown off than any conference before.
