Telltale Games have announced the release date for the final chapter of the three-part “Adventure Pass” extension from Minecraft: Story Mode. These add-on bonus episodes extended the story and gameplay for the series, typically Telltale sticks to a five Episode format, but with Minecraft they ended up pumping out an additional three episodes.

Back in March, they released Episode 6: A Portal to Mystery, then in July, the second bonus, Episode 7: Access Denied, and finally coming September 13th will be Episode 8: A Journey’s End?

Continuing off from the previous episode, Jesse and his mates, led by Harper, continue their journey and find themselves in the world of the “Old Builders”. One step closer to home, Jesse’s crew won’t have it easy either, they’ll have to take on many opponents in a series of gladiatorial matches in order to save the day, win their freedom and hopefully make it back home for supper.

As with each episode, the voice cast of the series are joined by special guests, lending their voices for the newest characters players meet along the way. This final episode sees the legendary Jim Cummings,  voice of such iconic characters as Winnie the Pooh, Scar, Dr. Robotnik, Darkwing Duck, and just about everyone from The Looney Tunes. Also accompanying Jim is the equally talented Kari Wahlgren, who has had her voice in numerous anime, cartoons, films and video games.

Available digitally worldwide this Tuesday for all major platforms and then the following week for Android and iOS devices. Grab all three episodes with the $14.99 USD Adventure Pass, or purchase individually at $4.99 each.
