Guns, bullets, bosses and more guns. All these are featured in this exquisite new roguelike called Enter The Gungeon. Not only will you shoot things but things shoot back at you. Prepare to face hundreds of varying enemies as you blast your way through room to room trying to get to the boss fights at the end of each floor.

This adventure will be extremely hardcore as with most bullet-hell games, you must use precise dodging and cover to escape the heaps of flying bullets. Taking on the challenge alone is a great way to play but if you have an interested friend be sure to check out the co-op mode as well.

The best part about it all is that the wait is over, Enter the Gungeon has finally released meaning that if you were looking for a brand new joyride to hop onto, this will definitely fit the bill.

Official Press Release

The Procedural Labyrinth – The Gungeon masters at developer Dodge Roll and their co-op buddies at publisher Devolver Digital are locked and loaded for the release of Enter The Gungeon today on PC and PlayStation 4 (£10.99), allowing budding Gungeoneers to take up arms and unleash an unimaginable barrage of firepower upon the cult of the Gundead.

Enter the Gungeon is a gunfight dungeon crawler following a band of regretful misfits seeking to shoot, loot, dodge roll and table-flip their way to personal absolution by reaching the legendary Gungeon’s ultimate treasure: the gun that can kill the past. Featuring two-player co-op and nearly 400 unique guns and relics, Enter the Gungeon sports intricately detailed handcrafted rooms laid out in procedurally generated labyrinths to keep even the most seasoned Gungeoneer on their toes.

“If shooting bullets at bullets that are shooting bullets back at you doesn’t get your pants tight then I’m not sure what to say,” noted Devolver Digital CFO Fork Parker.

Select a hero and battle your way to the bottom of the Gungeon by surviving a challenging and evolving series of floors filled with the dangerously adorable Gundead and fearsome bosses sometimes literally armed to the teeth. Gather precious loot, discover hidden secrets, and chat with opportunistic merchants to purchase powerful items and gain an edge.
