Cities: Skylines’ Mass Transit DLC Now Available

Mass Transit has now hit Cities: Skylines, and it’s time to get those cars off the road.

Colossal Order has dragged in the full assessment of stuff you need to help reduce the amount of cars on the road; Monorails, Ferries, Cable-Cars and Blimps (I still say they should use Zeppelins instead of Blimps due to safety concerns), as well as improvements to Buses and Light Rails as well. Of course, this means new buildings, including newly combined interchanges, as well as what appears to be some exciting new attractions shown in the video above.

What looks like a Go-Kart ring and an extremely small Train Museum, both of which have my attention, I do live near National Railroad Museum in York after all. Also included are various new road types to direct traffic where you want it to go, just be careful to not end up with something as monstrous as the Magic Roundabout in Swindon, or the cheapest car park in the UK, the M25. Of course, the fascination with Chirper carries on, he now has more items for you to browse, along with messages, which should help pass the time until the next bus comes, but you still need something to listen to which brings us to…

ROCK CITY Radio is a new radio station for your listening needs while on the bus, it’s headed by DJ Lars and is designed to rock your morning. This is however a separate DLC, which will run you about £3.50, and you can find both on the Cities: Skylines Steam Page.
