Spiderweb Software, makers of old school RPGs since 1994, have announced their newest title, Avadon 2: The Corrupted. A sequel to Avadon: The Black Fortress - which had you working as a warrior and spy of the Black Fortress of Avadon, fighting against the enemies of your nation - Avadon 2 continues the storyline as new threats of civil war and 'a shadowy power' attempting to destroy your homeland.

Avadon 2 is expected to become available this Autumn, and according to the announcement page you don't need to have played the first Avadon. There's no trailer as yet, but if you're a fan of old school, isometric fantasy RPGs, this is something to keep an eye on.
